1. About GulluuPack
GulluuPack ("we", "us", "our") sells handmade newborn essentials — swaddles, soft toys, nursery décor and gift sets — through this website. By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to the terms below.
2. Products
Every item is handmade in small batches, so small variations in colour, texture and finish are normal and not defects. Product photos are representative but may differ slightly from the item you receive.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by such an error, in which case you'll be refunded in full. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed; we'll email you an order confirmation with your order ID.
4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 business days. Shipping is free on orders over ₹1,999; a flat ₹99 fee applies below that threshold. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and can vary due to courier delays outside our control.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. GulluuPack does not store your card or payment details.
6. Returns & refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered separately in our Return Policy.
7. Intended use
Our products are made from natural materials and are intended for use as described on each product page. As with any newborn item, always supervise use and follow any care or safety instructions included with your order.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GulluuPack is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
